Characteristics: The 'crazy donkey' (Burro Loco) comes from 25-year-old Tempranillo vines. This deep, dark drop is already surprisingly complex on the nose: dark fruits meet strawberry and apple, earthy notes and some pepper. On the palate, the wine is well balanced with a full body, gentle tannins and brings a lot of fruit combined with floral and slightly earthy-mineral notes.
Food Pairing: An ideal aperitif or with seasoned fish dishes or Asian cuisine.
