Big Thanks to everyone who
attended our Wine Tasting last Friday!
Our guest Anna Bergamo played a blinder,
picking out some lovely new wines to sample.
We tasted 5 wines, a Muscadet and Corbieres from France and a Refosco, Manzoni Bianco and Raboso from Italy.
Everyone had their favourites and I was especially delighted with the reaction to the sparkling red Raboso.
A super sipper "ice-cold" for the barbecue season.
The Manzoni Bianco was a stunner in white and it reminded me that there is always something new to learn in the wine world. I'd never heard of Manzoni Bianco before...Full, Aromatic and Floral...Delicious!
