I recently spent three days in Galicia in the north-west of Spain. We flew into Porto and then drove through the north of Portugal onwards into Galicia, heading for the town of Ourense where we stayed the first night.

With the imminent heatwave coming over the weekend, we thought it might be the perfect time to crack open some chilled rosé
