Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is a fresh and mineral white wine from Loira, obtained by fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts and aged in the same tanks for 6 months.

Characteristics: The olfactory profile is composed by fruity and citrus tones with marine hints. The taste is decidedly fresh, light and delicate, marked with a lovely sapid-mineral vein.
Food Pairing: Served between 12 & 14°C, this floral and fresh wine is perfect as an aperitif or with a meal. It’s an excellent accompaniment to shells and crustaceans.
